We are seeking a Building Consultant to support our current and growing demand for forensic consulting services worldwide. Someone with a background as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Project Manager who would like to work as a consultant for insurance companies working construction defect claims, construction delay claims, or providing advanced estimates would be a good fit.

Baccalaureate degree in related field or demonstration of equivalent knowledge and critical thinking skills.Significant experience (typically 15 — 20 years) in contracting and consulting experience. Experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent or Project Manager is a needed. Must have extensive experience in preparing cost estimates using resources such as Xactimate, RS Means, and Marshall & Swift. Understanding of insurance claims and appraisal process is a plus. Experience with commercial and industrial facilities is desired.
