 We are currently expanding rapidly in the Toronto market and looking for experienced electrical, mechanical, and civil engineers to accommodate that growth. Qualified candidates must have  5+ years experience in forensic consulting. 

Responsibilities

  • Gather information on client’s needs
  • Perform site inspection of incident locations
  • Interview different parties to an incident
  • Perform research and analysis
  • Write reports presenting findings
  • Develop trusting working relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Present and explain company services at clients locations and in industry venues
  • Explain technical subject matters to clients in simple terms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) or Physics from an accredited University
  • Advanced degree is a plus
  • 5+ years experience  in forensic engineering or insurance/adjusting experience required
  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures in an industrial/commercial environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple form   
  • Experience with management of clients in commercial insurance and risk industries preferred
  • Willing to travel for up to 20% of the time
